"I made reservations for 2 nights and enjoyed the family and food so much that I stayed an extra day. This is a true Ricciardella family affair with the the 3 brothers, Chef Giovanni, Marco and Alessandro along their parents and families, having created a true gem. The rooms were very nice, clean, modern and had everything I needed. Even had charging ports in the outlets at the bedside tables. The shower was large and had great water pressure. The room comes with a bedside breakfast. I wondered the garden and got honked at by the geese. Loved being away from the hustle and bustle of the city. They also have a bakery on site. Wow! Everything is fresh and incredible. I even left with a chocolate Panettone. The restaurant for me was the draw and it did not disappoint. Their website says it all and they were not exaggerating. It truly is an exclusive and creative gastronomic experience. I ate there all three nights and had something different and equally great for each meal. They are only about 15 minutes from Pavia which is really quaint and has a castle with a museum. Highly recommend Cascina Vittoria!"

"Great place nearby Pavia. Owners are passionate about food and what a fantastic chef! Everything on the menu is not standard and you won't find anywhere either the variations on classic plates like the battuta di Fassona or completely new plates like "Plin alla milanese" which is a pasta with filling typical of Piedmont yet reinterpreted like the risotto alla milanese (with saffron and ossobuco), unfortunately it is much better to eat than to describe it! On top of great starters and main they have a grilling post and great meat, you don't even need to go to Florence to eat a superbe Fiorentina. There is also a wood oven and they produce everything on their own including bread, focaccia. They also use the oven to make pizza at dinner time. I ate there for lunch so I haven't tried the pizza but it is certainly worth a try. Do not miss this place if you are near Pavia. Very well worth a visit!"

"Excellent food with a good list of local wines. The service is great at this surprisingly sophisticated restaurant located on a working farm. Try the Parmesan three ways or their take on a Cacio e Pepe!"
